Zita is a Customer Service and Communication specialist who believes that great customer service and quality communication are key benchmarks for your business. She thrives on achieving outstanding results for her clients through galvanising teams, building capability and inspiring action.
She implements desired change through business efficiencies, customised frameworks, tools and systems. She also facilitates powerful customised and uplifting workshops and delivers personalised result driven 1-on-1 coaching sessions.
Zita works alongside organisations to determine their needs and then creates unique Customer Experience solutions which incorporate and take into consideration the client’s organisational brand, culture, systems, values and priority needs. She also works alongside Managers to create compelling communications and presentations to increase engagement and inspire action.
Zita has been within customer facing industries for over 15 years. The insights and experience gained enabled her to take on a diverse Training and Development role within a well-known and highly regarded NZ organisation. Here she was involved in various projects focusing within the Customer Service, Communication and Leadership platforms. This really excited Zita as she was able to apply all her career experience, knowledge and passions in one. Being able to take development needs, through analysis, design and delivery and then apply this across a wide range of audiences and disciplines exposed and fine-tuned her skills even further.
One of her greatest achievements was being actively involved in setting up a highly successful Leadership college where her role was responsible for sourcing, design, logistics and operations.
