What we did:
With fresh eyes and our sales hats on, we reviewed current sales collateral, proposal documents and pitch presentations. With the need for change evident, we designed new templates and increased sales capability through training workshops and one-on-one coaching. An emphasis was placed on telling the organisational story in a more compelling way.
