Linda provides nutrition and wellness consultations and facilitates wellness training as one of a team of Infinitus® Wellness Associates.
Linda’s interest in food began years ago when she owned a lunch bar and was called upon by health food companies to cater corporate morning teas and lunches. Having had family members suffer illness Linda wanted to ensure she remained healthy for her own family so she commenced studies in the field of nutrition and discovered her passion in life.
Linda graduated from Wellpark College as “Top Nutrition Student” in 2009.
Linda’s focus is not only nutrition but nurturing the whole person to be the best they can be to function dynamically both at work and in the home. Nutrition plans need to be functional and easily adapted to fit into today’s busy lifestyle as well as providing an enjoyable dining experience. Linda works closely to support clients from a holistic view, understanding their nutritional habits and environment, then suggesting achievable goals.

Linda is a member and secretary of the Clinical Nutrition Association and a member of the New Zealand Nutrition Foundation.
